Baghdad is witnessing intense evening meetings of the political blocs for the purpose of nominating their candidates to ministerial positions in order to enable Prime Minister-designate Nuri al-Maliki submitting to the House of Representatives in session Monday.

The Associated Press has learned  from informed sources that the Iraqi List, meet at the home of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi to bridge differences among members on the list of candidates to the ministries.

• 35.31% indicate all the elements are complete and the Iraqi Dinar is within 30 days of an RV
• 17.18% suggest the RV will occur only after the UN discharges Iraq from Chapter VII sanctions
• 15.46% anticipate within 30 days the Iraqi government will be completely formed, HCL law will pass and/or the 2011 budget, and the United Nations will discharge Iraq from Chapter VII – all of which will result in an RV
• 12.60% foresee the RV occurring after the Iraq government is completely formed
• 10.11% think the Iraqi government must be completely formed, HCL law passed and/or the 2011 budget, and Iraq must be discharged from UN’s Chapter VII
• 6.30% expect it will only take the passage of the HCL Law and/or the Budget to trigger an RV

From the Office of the President of the Iraqi coalition that Iyad Allawi is now meeting with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for the completion of the previous meetings between them and confirm the participation of the Iraqi new government.

The leader of the Iraqi National List of former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, on Sunday, he accepted the post of President of the National Council for the strategic policy and the participation of the mass in the formation of the Iraqi government expected in spite of being accused of the regional powers did not identify as well as the resolution Federal Court of Iraq, which he described Baltasvi in him losing the opportunity to form a government, stressing that the participation of mass depends on the respect of political agreements according to the initiative of the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, to adopt the principles of national partnership in the management of the actual governance and the achievement of genuine national reconciliation and nation-building.

A member of the coalition of Kurdish blocs, on resolving the six ministries to his coalition in the composition of the next government, which is scheduled to be announced on Monday.

Said Mohsen al-Sadoun, a Kurdish news agency (Rn), that “negotiations on the distribution of cabinet posts are still going on, but resolved some of the ministries of the Kurds.”

Saadoun added that “the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Commerce and Transport and the Ministries of State has decided to fully blocks Kurdistan.”
