A member of the Iraqi parliament of the Kurdistan bloc’s coalition (KBC) said Monday that he will hold an important meeting with the National coalition during the next two days to resolve receiving the position of the national Security ministry or the Iraqi Intelligence Service.

Masum, told  that the meeting will be held in the next two days at the headquarters of Iraqi President, Jalal Talabani, or at the headquarters of the National coalition, as agreed before “pointing out that ” he will present his claims to receive one of those posts during a meeting with the national coalition. “

Mr. Tariq al-Hashemi, Vice President of the Republic in his office this afternoon, Mr. Ad Melkert, the UN representative in Iraq, and the parties discussed during the meeting, the general situation in the country and the ongoing preparations for the convening of the Security Council session next and the tireless efforts made by the political parties in order to remove Iraq from the consequences of the seventh item in full especially after the latest decision, which gave a positive sign for Iraq in the Arab world.

The statement quoted Talabani for the presidency saying during the meeting that: View the Federal Court decision which included the interpretation of the constitutional articles that regulate the work and functions of these bodies.

Deputy from the Kurdistan Alliance, on Monday, the Constitution’s commitment to mass on the status of some independent bodies and the importance of “non-violation via append the government,” expected to support a large number of MPs to remain independent and not attached to the government.

The MP said in an interview with a good supporter “Alsumaria News”, “The Kurdistan Alliance bloc is committed to provisions of the Constitution on the development of independent bodies,” noting that “the cause of some government bodies will lead to a breach of the Constitution because it provided for the independence of those bodies.”

Introduction

On December 20 2010 a new unity government was announced, whereby former Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki maintained his position and Iyad Allawi, who won the most seats in the March 2010 election, joined in a special power-sharing deal. Unsurprisingly, the upstream petroleum industry was one of the salient issues that contributed to the almost 10-month impasse in the formation of a new government. Despite the long hiatus with no functioning government (during which time Al Maliki did not relinquish his day-to-day duties), once the new government was formed, several systemic changes occurred in quick succession. Baghdad (news) .. Discuss President Jalal Talabani on Monday evening in Baghdad with the Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi, the Federal Court decision regarding the independent bodies and the central bank.

The President of the Republic that he had seen the Federal Court decision which included the interpretation of the constitutional articles that regulate the work and functions of these bodies, and he emphasized the importance of adhering to the Constitution, including articles on the Central Bank’s functions and which gives him independence in its decisions.

Baghdad (news) .. said a member of the parliamentary Finance Committee and the National Alliance MP Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi welcomed the Committee’s observations on the federal budget for 2011, and promised to reach a satisfactory outcome in respect thereof.

Yasiri said in a statement (of the Agency news) said on Monday: that a meeting was held between the Finance Committee of parliamentary and Minister of Finance, addressed the modern economic level, and have made our observations on the federal budget, and that al-Issawi was welcomed, noting that the Finance Committee focused on the issues involved, including housing, agriculture and construction and the Minister of Finance Aoadna to reach satisfactory results for all political parties and the opposition on the budget.

Mr. Osama Al-Najafi warned the Speaker of the explosion the Iraqi street, in the event of continued deterioration of services in the country, and failure to provide the minimum of the promises announced by officials in their campaigns.

Najafi said that officials should address the serious and immediate crises that continue to kill Iraqi people.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the Federal Supreme Court to uphold the decisions issued by the decision to link independent bodies under the chairmanship of Minister.

Maliki said that the constitutional court’s decision is binding and subject to appeal, pointing out that the constitution provides for the separation of powers.

Maliki said during a meeting at his office on Monday, the official heads of independent bodies that the time had come to discuss the priorities of state-building on the basis of clear and sound based on the Constitution. He had to be we need to invest all the opportunities and achievements in order to build a stable state based on the clarity and the law and the Constitution, and we also have to invest energy, skills and positive relationships at the level of components or with other countries, and strengthen the role of the citizen through its presence in all areas and his voice in the elections and others.

Mr Prime Minister: It was the previous phase stage security challenges, and we were busy building a modern state, and this is normal because the trend is toward the most important and most dangerous, but after political stability and maturity in the political process and the entry of all partners in the circle of responsibility and partnership in all things, and evolution happens every day, despite some breakthroughs, it has got the right opportunity, because we proceed in the process of construction in the various fields on the degree of achievement of security stability.

Baghdad, Jan. 31 (AKnews) – The spokesman for Iraqiya Bloc said Sunday Ayad Allawi, the bloc leader, will meet with the Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki within the next 24 hours to discuss the dangling security ministries’ allocation as well as the authorities of the National Council for Strategic Policies.

Disputes between the political blocs over the security ministries, especially the interior and defense, endure. The Iraqi new cabinet was formed partially Dec. 21. Some nine posts from the overall 42 are suspended.

Baghdad, Jan. 31 (AKnews) – A spokesman for Kurdistan bloc’s coalition (KBC) , Moayad al-Tayeb announced on Monday, that the meeting of his coalition with AL- Iraqiya List led by former Prime Minister ,Ayad Allawi agreed to give the presidency of the Legal Committee to KBC while Oil and Gas Committees to AL-Iraqiya.

Erbil, January 31 (Rn) – The Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussain al-Shahristani said on Monday that Iraq would be able to export 4 million barrels of oil per day by the end of this year.

Iraq currently produces about 2.4 million barrels per day of oil, which accounts for more than 90 percent of the country’s revenues.

Iraqi currency,	MONEY,Para, iraq moneyBaghdad, Jan. 30 (AKnews) – The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) adviser, announced on Sunday that the Iraqi government can fill the deficit in 2011 budget by borrowing from their deposits in government banks.

The Iraqi government has approved the draft of the federal budget law for the fiscal year 2011, so that the budget amounts to 79.6 billion dollars, by calculating per barrel of oil by $ 73, and the rate of export of 2.25 million barrels per day.

Central Bank of Iraq

Baghdad, Jan. 31 (AKnews) – A legal adviser to the Iraqi government said on Monday that administratively linking the Iraqi Central Bank (ICB) to the government won’t affect the economic policy of the country and won’t impede the unblocking of Iraqi funds.

Fadel Mohammed told AKnews that the Federal Court ruling that administratively links the bank to the government is based on constitutional Articles 102 and 103 and has already been applied to a number of independent bodies.

Palm – An independent MP in the Iraqi List, Kazim-Shammari said Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki’s peace terms of the nomination list of the Ministry of Defence, did not indicate the position of Captain.

Al-Shammari said in a press statement that Maliki has sent a paper containing three points must be provided in a candidate for the Ministry of Defence.

Palm – Informed sources revealed the possibility of the presence of Kurdish regional President Massoud Barzani meeting, which will bring together Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and President of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi.

The sources said yesterday that he is almost certain to attend this meeting Barzani in particular and that he completed for the application of the initiative, which was formed in which the Government of national participation, indicating that the visit was postponed more than once before the boot of their existing Kurdish delegation in Baghdad.

Vietnam celebrates its lunar new year holiday this week and the focus when markets reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 8, will be the possibility of a dong devaluation and inflation, which holds the key to interest rates.

Vietnam’s annual inflation rate hit a two-year high of 12.17 percent in January, when the consumer price index rose 1.74 percent from December.

The central bank raised its base rate to 9 percent from 8 percent in November, but some economists and the International Monetary Fund have suggested rates should go higher to fight inflation.
