The Iraqi List, said Tuesday, the nomination of a woman from the province of Babylon for the position of Secretary of State from within the cabinet seats allocated to them in the composition of the government of Nuri al-Maliki.

The Iraqi Council of Representatives voted last month to give confidence a big majority of the government by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki after a political crisis that lasted for about nine months.

Baghdad (news) .. A member of the Oil and Energy Committee for the National Alliance MP Sheikh Dhari Ali Fayad of the priorities of work of the Commission was to endorse the oil and gas law and the districts of the national oil company.

Fayad said in a statement to the reporter (Agency news) said Tuesday that “the Commission will carry out the ratification of the law of oil and gas being one of the important laws that will govern the work of the oil sector in Iraq.”
