Parliament Will Vote Sunday on Three Candidates for Posts of Vice-President of the Republic

A source in the Iraqi Council of Representatives that the Council will vote on the names of three candidates for the posts of Vice-President of the Republic during the meeting next Sunday, the source added that the Legal Committee of Parliament will provide a report on the possibility of adding a deputy fourth President of the Republic after the amendment of the draft law of the Vice-President of the Republic, noting that the three candidates are Member of Supreme Council, Adel Abdul Mahdi, a member of the Iraqi List, Tareq al-Hashemi and Deputy National Alliance for Khudair Khuzaie.

This initiative and welcomed the Turkmen President Jalal Talabani, the judge set the Turkmen Vice-President .. He commended the Turkmen member in a cluster Liberal Fawzi Akram Tarzi Talabani’s position on the proposal to allocate him to be Vice-fourth of the Turkmen nation.

He noted in a statement that the position of Talabani stems from his political vision and sense of Bmazlomip Turkmen people, their deep understanding of the meaning of national partnership real participation of everyone.

The tailor that the proposal of the President of the Council of Representatives to increase the number of deputies to four was welcomed by all Iraqi national forces, in general, and Turkmen, in particular will mark a historic step and honorable building a deep relationship between the spectra of the components of the Iraqi people.

Talabani had submitted a request to parliament to amend the Act Vice President of the Republic and the development of a fourth deputy, provided that the share of the Turkmen.
