Talabani said: “that there are mistakes

And resulted in the accumulation of inherited problems and new to the resentment of people reflected in the asylum numbers of Iraqi citizens to exercise their constitutional right to peaceful assembly and expression of opinion and call for their legitimate. “

Indicating that any transgression of the law highly condemnable and any breach of security is out of the law which ensures the peaceful demonstrations, but require non-violation of the legislation.
And Abizaid: “If the protest is really legitimate and constitutionally guaranteed, the attempts to destabilize the democratic system can not accept them, because the power in our country circulates through the will of the people represented by the general election, through the ballot box.”
Talabani expressed his regret about the events which saw the shootings and other acts that led to casualties and injuries, and called for an investigation to find out and to hold negligent.
