A parliamentary source said in an interview with “Alsumaria News”, “The Presidency of the Council of Representatives meeting rose at the usual 47, which was held today under the chairmanship of President of the Council Osama Najafi and the presence of 183 MPs to the day after tomorrow, Thursday,” noting that “the meeting witnessed at the beginning of majority voting as the suppression of the popular uprising in March of 1991, a crime against humanity. “

The source noted that “the draft law aims to encourage citizens to support the educational process under the supervision of the State by allowing the granting of licenses for the opening of schools and institutes of civil Iraqi and foreign, for the purpose of participation of civil society organizations with scientific and educational institutions, cultural and professional development of the educational process.”
He pointed out that the meeting “included the second reading of the proposed Audit Law, which saw the intervention of the President of Parliament calling for the organization of workshops by both the Finance Committee and the Legal and integrity, and work to host the relevant experts for the maturation of law before voting on it.”
The presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives rose, on Monday, meeting of the Council of 46 to Tuesday, after the speech, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the first reading of a bill to protect journalists, and the second reading of the proposed law to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure No. (23) of Article (136 ).
