September next potential date for the Arab summit in Baghdad

“Al Sabah” from informed sources in the Arab League and Arab Foreign Ministers may determine at their upcoming, next September as the date for a summit Baghdad because of turmoil in the Arab countries.

The Arab League said yesterday to postpone the summit which was scheduled to be held on 11 and 12 of the next month, after decided to hold an emergency meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States at the level of Arab foreign ministers middle of next month to discuss a new date for the summit, according to the claim by the Deputy Secretary-General of the League Arab Ahmed Ben Helli said in remarks to reporters, including reporter, “morning”.

Iraq says it will not waive the Arab Summit in Baghdad

The Iraqi government confirmed on Wednesday that it will not waive the coming Arab summit in Baghdad, and left later identified to the Arab consensus, indicating that Iraq has the full right to host the summit in one of the undisputed.

The Minister of State, the government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in an interview for “Alsumaria News”, “The Iraqi government reserves its full right to hold the next Arab summit in Baghdad,” noting that “Iraq does not accept to be held in any other place.”

Erbil, April 20 (AKnews) – Iraqi lawmakers from various parliamentary blocs, the security file cabinet will be decided next week, the House of Representatives after obtaining consensus among the parliamentary blocs and my presidency of the Republic and Ministers.

And the MP for the Liberal bloc, the governor Zamili al-Iraqiya, said on Wednesday that “the file will be decided next week by agreement between the presidencies of the Republic and the Cabinet.”

KARBALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Member of the Iraqi Parliament for the National Coalition and Member of its Health Committee, Saleh Mahdi al-Hasnawi, has described Iraq’s 2011 State Budget as “scarce” and the average income-per-capita as small, compared with other countries.

“The General Budget for 2011 has suffered a deficit of 17 billion U.S. dollars, and the increase of oil prices now that has reached 100 dollars per barrel is not enough to cover the deficit of the budget,” Hasnawi, a former Health Minister, told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

VietFinanceNews.com – Moody’s Investors Service Inc. said Wednesday its negative outlook on Vietnam reflects balance of payments uncertainty, with any change contingent on recent tightening measures arresting inflationary pressures and containing the volatile exchange rate.

The ratings agency also warned, however, that the rating could face further downward pressure if there was continuing erosion of the Southeast Asian nation’s foreign-exchange reserves—estimated at $12.2 billion at the end of 2010, compared with a peak of $25.8 billion in February 2008.

Arab League Delays Summit on Regional Unrest, Will meet May 15 to set new date

The Arab League announced on Wednesday that its members have agreed to postpone its summit, scheduled for May 11 in Baghdad, amid disputes over the venue and popular unrest rocking the region.

Arab foreign ministers will meet on May 15 to set a new date, Egypt’s state news agency MENA quoted the deputy secretary-general of the Arab League, Ahmed Ben Helli, as saying.

Iraqi government announces the formation of a committee to search for the missing after the year 2003

Baghdad, April 20 (Rn) – The Iraqi government announced, Wednesday, for the Commission of a high level of research and investigation for missing persons from 2003 till now.

A spokesman for the Baghdad operations command Maj. Gen. Qassim Atta told a news conference held the Office of the Commander in Chief of the armed forces inside the Green Zone and attended by the correspondent of news agency Kurdistan (Rn) “Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki ordered the formation of high-level committee to research and investigate the fate of missing persons from 2003 to now, “noting that” the Committee will start its operation from next Sunday to complete its work within 30 days. “
