Iraq Foreign Minister Zebari receives U.S. Ambassador

Baghdad (news) .. met Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, James Jeffrey, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, and Megan Sullivan, the political advisor to former U.S. President.

And said a Foreign Ministry statement received Agency (news) a copy of it on Monday: During the meeting, review the relationship between the two sides of Iraq and the U.S. in its various aspects after the withdrawal of U.S. troops the end of 2011, and to consider the prospects of developing them to meet the implementation of the strategic framework agreement signed between the two countries in 2008 .

Also addressed the meeting, according to the statement, to the future role which will play Iraq in the light of developments and political changes taking place in the region, and in this regard have been invited to Zebari by Sullivan to meet and address the professors and students of Harvard University in the United States, and promised sovereignty meeting them at the earliest possible opportunity

Baghdad (news) .. The U.S. ambassador in Iraq, James Jeffrey, that the opinion of the political forces or the withdrawal of U.S. forces to remain in Iraq is clear and non-declared, warning at the same time from the control of al Qaeda and Iran on Iraq after withdrawal

Or in case of lack of control over the security situation, pointing out that “the security situation in Iraq remains difficult,” and called on the Sadrist movement to renounce violence.

Iraqi List suspends negotiations with the National Alliance

Iyad AllawiBaghdad, 30 May (Rn) – The Iraqi List led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi on Monday night to suspend its negotiations with the National Alliance for “non-responsiveness” to its demands.

A spokesman for the list Shaker Book of the Kurdistan News Agency (Rn) that “the Iraqi List, announced today the suspension of negotiations with the National Alliance because of lack of responsiveness to the demands made by the list during the past few days.”

Maliki receives an invitation from French President to visit Paris

The Prime Minister, Nuri Kamal al-Maliki on Monday, a written message from his French counterpart Francois Fillon included an invitation to visit Paris. According to a statement from Maliki’s office got news agency future (and with) a copy of it:

“The al-Maliki received a French delegation comprising representatives from the Ministry of Defence as well as number of representatives of French arms companies. ” The statement quoted Maliki as saying: “The doors are open to All French companies to enter Iraq and to participate in the process of construction and reconstruction, “stressing the need to expand bilateral cooperation between Iraq and France in all fields, particularly industrial and military.

For his part, the French delegation hoped to exert maximum efforts in order to work in Iraq and participate in the process of construction and reconstruction, stressing the French government’s keenness to promote bilateral relations.

Supreme Council called on the political blocs to avoid differences or form a majority government out of the crisis

Called the Islamic Supreme Council, led by Ammar al-Hakim, on Monday, the political blocs in control of the Iraqi political scene avoiding their differences out of the current crisis or restructuring of the Iraqi state, through the formation of the Government of a political majority as another option be better than staying in the government of “political debate”, while warned of a strong backlash from the Iraqi people.

The leader of the Council Abdul Hussein Abtan in an interview with “Alsumaria News”, “The current political crisis gripping the country will affect the advancement of Iraq and will increase the suffering of his people,” and urged the political blocs in control of the Iraqi political scene to “avoid disputes and pay attention to the suffering of Iraqi citizens and out of this crisis. “

Iraq List confirms: Today it will make decision to stay in the political process or suspend its membership

Confirmed the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, on Monday, it will take a firm decision today to stay in the political process or the suspension of its membership, while refusing to attend the meeting attributed the representatives of the political blocs today for not being content with the answers provided by the National Alliance and not reacting positively to the initiative and past meetings.

The MP said the menu Muhammad Khaldi in an interview for “Alsumaria News”, “the Iraqi List, its order will be resolved today, and will make a decision either to stay in the political process or the suspension of its membership.”

He said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the CBI in connection with activation of regional agreements with neighboring countries in the meetings of the Arab Monetary Fund annual”, pointing out that “Iraq is an active member of the Fund to expand the monetary policy for Iraq.”

Maliki’s coalition: Today’s meeting is crucial to the political blocs

Detect a coalition of law led by Nuri al-Maliki, on Monday, that the political blocs in today’s meeting will discuss issues and political matters exclusively within the Iraqi constitution, pointing out that the meeting will be important and decisive role of the political blocs.

The MP said Faleh Al Sultan in an interview (twilight) “The political blocs have held an important meeting this afternoon in Baghdad to discuss the issues and outstanding matters and to activate some of the items in the political agreements.”

He told all of Iraq, [where] today that “the delegation of the Iraqi List, will not attend the meeting because of lack of response from the law of the proposed solutions to outstanding issues and the lack of sincere intentions to resolve these files.”

May 30, 2011 Iraq Government said on Monday that the Kuwaiti behavior of freezing more than 1.5 million dollars for Iraqi Airlines is not cooperative and would cause complications. The Cabinet stressed that Kuwaitis refuse to settle the pending problems between the two countries and added that Iraq will reserve all its rights.

Iraq State Minister and Government Spokesman Ali Al Dabbagh told Alsumarianews cannot Allow Kuwaiti Airlines to act with Iraqi Airlines in a way that does not show any cooperation spirit. Iraq Cabinet will take the appropriate decision in this regard, he added.

Baghdad, 30 May (Rn) – According to a member of the Economic Council of Representatives, Monday, that the Islamic banks to Atsem in economic development projects in Iraq.

Said Abdul Hussein Abtan, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the work of Islamic banks does not contribute to the support of the Iraqi economy and in Iraq plan to reach the highest levels of development banking as it is still not free of administrative constraints and bureaucracy.”

Baghdad, May 30 (Rn) – The leader and the representative of the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, on Monday, that list will not Thoudralajtma to be held this afternoon with a coalition of state law to resolve disputes between the parties, noting that the rule of law pursuing a method of procrastination.

Salman said Jumaili told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “Iraq will not Thoudrajtma today and therefore there will be no meeting today with a coalition of state law to complete the differences between the two lists”

Sulaymaniyah (Agencies): A member of the House of Representatives of the Iraqi Kurdish coalition, said the upcoming meeting of Iraqi political blocs on Monday, will discuss a number of common issues among them, and will be scheduled tripartite meeting involving the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, and Iraqi Prime Minister, the leader of a coalition of state law Nuri al-Maliki, the President of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi, due to be held before June 13 next, in order to address the issue of the National Council for strategic policy, and candidates for office security.
