Inflation in Kuwait went up by 5.4 percent (With chart) KUWAIT, June 26 (KUNA) — Inflation in Kuwait went up by 5.4 percent in May on an annual basis compared to 0.3 percent in April on a monthly basis, according to official figures.
The record figure for May was 147.4 points, and foodstuff in May edged up by 11.7 percent compared to the corresponding period in 2010, showed the monthly report of the Central Statistics Administration (CSA).
