Iraqi House of Representatives to discuss deleting zeros from currency on Sunday

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

Committee announced the economy and investment representative, Saturday, to discuss the project to delete the zeros from the currency with the current consultants and specialists on Sunday, indicating at the same time reject the project if it has proven negative consequences on the economy of the country.

The head of the economy and investment representative Ahmed al-Alwani, had announced earlier in the interview with “Twilight News” that his committee will be discussed with a number of consultants and specialists of the project submitted by the Central Bank, which provides for deletion of zeros from the current currency.

Economist: Control of inflation depends on increasing the supply and restrict government spending

Baghdad (news) .. ruled out economic expert Ahmed Abreha control the inflation rate (5%) in 2012, but increased supply of goods and services and to restrict government spending to exceed the terms of the offer.

The Abreha in a statement to correspondent Agency (news) on Saturday: “You can control the inflation, who had managed the Ministry of Finance to avoid inflationary pressures during the follow two directions, first to increase the supply of goods and services and the second restrict government spending where he can outpace supply.”

A source close political alliance of the national Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki succeeded in passing the draft law of oil and gas in the Council of Ministers, despite the existence of Kurds in the Council of Ministers and forwarded to the House a way that raised the ire of the Kurdistan Alliance.

Kurdistan criticizing “the powers of the wide-Maliki” in the oil and gas law

Counting Kurdistan Alliance bloc, on Friday, the broad powers granted to the Prime Minister in the oil and gas law “undermining” the future of Iraq and are in favor, calling to find compromise solutions to satisfy the law of all political parties.

The MP said the coalition of Kurdish blocs Farhad Atrushi in an interview with “Twilight News” that “the views of various political, including a coalition of Kurdish blocs, objected to the broad powers granted to the Prime Minister in the oil and gas law”, criticizing the “concentration of economic decision, security and political, however, one person” , referring to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

Iraqi Finance decided to raise the draft budget in 2012 to the Council of Ministers

Baghdad, September 10 / Spettmar (Rn) – The Iraqi Ministry of Finance, today, Saturday, lifting the 2012 draft budget to the cabinet this week to discuss and then submit them to the House of Representatives.

A spokesman for the ministry Zaid Zamel told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the Ministry of Finance decided to raise the draft budget in 2012 after updated to the Cabinet this week, to discuss and vote on them and then submit them to the House of Representatives for approval before the start of next year.”

Close to Maliki: National will nominate three candidates for the interior, including a Sunni candidate

Baghdad, September 10 / September (Rn) – A member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and close to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Saturday for the National Alliance will present three candidates for the interior ministry, including a candidate from the community, “Sunni”, pointing out that the candidates professional and experienced and efficient in their field.

The al-Maliki and his government since the granting of confidence in the House of Representatives last year, the administration and defense and interior ministries and the agency in spite of his pledge to give him confidence in the session to provide names of the ministers of security within two weeks but that did not happen because each side refused the other party’s candidates.

BAGHDAD (Iba) … A member of the House of Representatives for the coalition of state law, Ibrahim Rikabi The Iraqi List, and for reasons unknown minister named hinder security and private candidates of the National Alliance for the office of the Ministry of Interior.

He Rikabi told the independent press (Iba), it seems that the Iraqi List Thaolaltakhir in the completion of this file and link it to non-approval of the Prime Minister on the candidates for the Ministry of Defence.

Iraqi List: NCSP will be voting on it without any changes next Monday

Announced an MP for the Iraqi List Atab league that the Council for the strategic policies has been postponed to read the second session on Monday to vote on it without any changes.

The league told all of Iraq [where] on Saturday that “any change means a form of democracy, the Prime Minister and a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki to accept all the details because his government has been formed on the basis of the Convention under which it was agreed that the Policy Board.”

House of Representatives resumes its vote and read several important laws

A parliamentary source said it seemed meeting of the Council of Representatives of 28 of its second legislative year, led by Osama Najafi and attendance of 236 deputies, noting that the meeting will vote on the bill and the Ministry of Sports, Youth and vote on the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives and other bills.

House of Representatives held its 28-Najafi and headed by the attendance of 236 deputies

The Council of Representatives, Saturday, its 28-year second legislative headed by Osama Najafi and attendance of 236 deputies, with parliamentary source that the meeting will vote on the bill and the Ministry of Sports, Youth and vote on the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives and other bills.

The source said in an interview for “Alsumaria News”, “The House of Representatives held this morning, its 28-year second legislative headed by President of the Council Osama Najafi and attendance of 236 deputies,” noting that “the meeting will vote on the bill and the Ministry of Sports, Youth and vote on the rules of procedure of the Council of House of Representatives and the first reading of the draft law of the Republic of Iraq to join the Arab Charter of Human Rights of the Arab League in 2004. “
