Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Saturday, that the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq by the end of this year will remove all the justifications from which the elements of “terrorist” and Al Qaeda, saying that the withdrawal process a success for Iraq and the United States and the beginning of a new relationship.

Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Friday, through his contact with the U.S. President, the need to begin a new phase of strategic relations after the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq at the scheduled end of the year, while stressing the importance of implementing the Strategic Framework Agreement between the two countries.

BAGHDAD – Babinaoz said President Barack Obama said the United States would keep its promise to withdraw troops from Iraq by the end of the year.

Obama told reporters, “as promised .. the rest of our troops in Iraq will return home by the end of the year. After nearly nine years will end America’s war in Iraq.”

He spoke after a video teleconference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said they were in full agreement on how to proceed.
