Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations up to Kirkuk

Kirkuk, October 30 / October (Rn) – A source of information in Kirkuk province, Sunday, on the arrival of an envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Martin Kobler morning and is headed by a senior delegation to discuss the general situation with officials of the province.
“The president will meet with Kubler and provincial council members and officials in Kirkuk to discuss the general situation witnessed by the province such as the U.S. withdrawal,” noting that “the envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations will hold a press conference after his meetings today.”
The source, who requested anonymity, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Iraq, arrived in Kirkuk this morning and discussed with the Governor, Najm al-Din Karim security conditions and services in the province.”
