Kuwait is waiting for the final report from the Iraqi authorities concerning the Mubarak Al Kabeer Port
The standoff between Kuwait and Iraq over the Mubarak Al Kabeer Port will end through understanding and coordination between the two countries, a senior Kuwaiti official has said.
“Kuwait is waiting for the final report from the Iraqi authorities concerning the findings and recommendations of a technical committee that investigated the matter,” Khaled Al Jarallah, Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary, said, quoted by Al Watan daily.

Erbil, November 2 (Rn) – recently increased Iraq’s oil production amid forecasts that the production levels of the Iraqi black gold, during the next few years, the output of Saudi Arabia, the largest exporter of oil within the “OPEC”.
Quoted by U.S. television network “CNN” for U.S. Energy Information Administration as saying that Iraq’s oil production jumped last year by 13 per cent, from 2.3 to 2.6 million barrels a day, note that the ceiling of production during the period that followed the U.S. invasion ranged at two million barrels a day. Iraq’s 380 projects include investment in two months

Baghdad, November 2 (Rn) – The Finance Committee representative, Wednesday, that the government violated the constitution for not sending the final accounts of the budgets of the past to the Council, indicating that a decision was taken unanimously not to approve the budget of 2012 unless the Government provides the final accounts.
According to article 62 N. First, the Iraqi constitution to the Council of Ministers to submit the draft general budget bill and the final account to the House of Representatives for approval.

By Samie Al-Dulaimi KUWAIT, Nov 2 (KUNA) — The US hailed Kuwait’s democratic experience in the Middle East as a model for the region, describing the newly-approved Palestinian UNESCO membership as a “symbolic gain” that is “unfortunate” and “a diversion” from negotiations with Israel.
“As I think the Kuwaiti experience demonstrates, they’ve had a parliamentary system for a number of years now and very open debate inside Kuwait. But it doesn’t come automatically; the skills inherent to democratic politics are something that everyone needs to learn and every society is constantly seeking to perfect,” the US Deputy Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Tamara Wittes told reporters. She was speaking in a live televised web conference from Washington, aimed at discussing the Arab Spring revolutions.
