Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said Monday will put the final arrangements for the Arab summit to be held in Baghdad next March.
Dabbagh said in a press conference on Tuesday after meeting in Cairo, Secretary General of the Arab League, Nabil el-Arabi, said they talked with the Secretary-General on convening the Arab Summit in Baghdad next March, indicating that the Arab summit is one of the first concerns of the government.
Dabbagh said they were fully prepared to hold the Arab summit, and they’ll receive next Monday a delegation from the Arab League, headed by Ambassador Ben Helli, to finalize arrangements for holding the summit.
