Kuwait: Iraq’s departure from Chapter VII sanctions is the decision of the United Nations

“News”: Kuwait is not a hand out of Iraq from Chapter VII

ASHA – The Kuwaiti media sources informed that Kuwait is not a hand out or into Iraq to Chapter VII, but the decision is up to the United Nations, pointing out that the implementation of its obligations towards Iraq fully to Kuwait will automatically exit from Chapter VII.

The sources told the “news” of Kuwait, that the discussions Maliki with Kuwaiti officials during a visit beginning on 14 March will focus on bilateral relations as well as the outstanding issues between the two countries, especially the one port of Mubarak the Great, who confirmed “that he is and will remain and work takes place now and will not stop.” . Erbil, March 6 / March (Rn) – The Iraqi government said on Tuesday that the Council of Ministers decided to form a ministerial committee to prepare the outstanding issues between them and its southern neighbor Kuwait, and to be considered by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki with the Kuwaiti side next week.

Maliki will visit Kuwait in 14 of this month to discuss several pending issues between the two countries and the possibility of finding solutions to them, especially the second Gulf War reparations and land borders and sea port and the issue of Mubarak, which created a kind of political tension between Baghdad and Kuwait during the past months. Said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh that the Council of Ministers decided to form a ministerial committee to prepare for the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Kuwait on March 14 now.

Dabbagh said in a press statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today, “The committee will discuss the outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait and the preparation of all the primitives required to enable the government delegation which will visit Kuwait, under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister to negotiate with the Kuwaiti side to find solutions that preserve the interests of Iraq and its people and end the problems encountered in the development of a positive relationship between the two countries and two peoples and an end to the problems inherited. ” (more…)

Said Husam Obeid, an economist that the step to delete the zeros of the Iraqi currency has become an urgent necessity in order to raise the value of the Iraqi currency against foreign currencies added to maintain the balance in the market.

Obaid said in a statement received by all of Iraq [where] that “this procedure need to be a political decision,” calling for “the need to speed up the deletion of zeros from the Iraqi currency, because the move from large and positive returns on the Iraqi economy.” (more…)

According to a member of the Economic and Investment parliamentary Abdul-Abbas broadly that the high price of the dollar against Iraqi dinar completely controlled by the central bank does not call to fear

Iraqi government: Most disputes between Baghdad and Erbil will be resolved after formation of Nechirvan government

BAGHDAD, March 6 (AKnews) – The Iraqi government said today that most of the outstanding problems between Erbil and Baghdad will be resolved after commissioning officially the new Kurdistan Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani to form the government on Wednesday.

Mariam al-Rayyes, adviser to Iraq’s Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, said: “The federal government wants to resolve all the outstanding issues according to the Iraqi constitution.” (more…)

Baghdad (news) .. Confirmed the Chancellor in the Office of the Prime Minister Mary Rayes that Maliki’s visit to Kuwait will be the middle of this month, noting that al-Maliki and his accompanying delegation will discuss four important files during the visit, and will convince the Kuwaitis are the subject of Chapter VII.

ERBIL, March 6 (AKnews) – Iraq’s deputy parliament speaker Qusay al-Suhail has called on Italy to help lift the UN Chapter VII sanctions imposed on Iraq, reports Aswat al-Iraq.

According to a statement from Iraq’s parliament, Suhail sought help in a meeting with the head of the political department at the Italian foreign ministry Sandro Bernardin and the Italian ambassador to Baghdad Gerardo Carante. (more…)

Baghdad (news) .. suggested an economist Salem Daini raising the issue of cancellation of debt owed by Iraq by the Arab summit in Baghdad for the purpose of building the economy and development.

said Daini (the Agency news) said on Tuesday: that Iraq has all the elements of investment and could attract countries in the world him and has a wealth of large oil qualify as state actors in the market, the world’s oil, so it could benefit Iraq of these elements of large economic pressure on Arab countries to cancel debts, the fact that most European countries and East Asia has canceled all debts owed by Iraq with the exception of countries, the Arab world.
