She said: the investment process in Iraq need strong banks with substantial capital and empowered and operates according to the technological development of modern global banking in order to perform work of investors and providing such necessities, we will strive to amend some paragraphs critical of the Investment Act, which serves the investment process in Iraq, and this will give a great impetus to the investor to come to Iraq.
Albegari Deputy referred to: that Iraqi banks experiencing significant deterioration and lack of promotional and motivational factors by the Federal Government and the Central Bank, stating that the decision by the Central Bank to impose Trusteeship on the Bank of alorkaa impact significantly on the role private banks as a result of lack of trust.
