Baghdad (AIN) –The representative of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry, Khalid al-Jar Allah, denied that the Iraqi-Kuwaiti negotiations have dealt with the Iraqi debts, assuring that “They were only about re-considering the borders.”
In a press conference, al-Jar Allah, stated “The meetings hold in Baghdad have resulted in several agreements such as the border signs between the two countries,” noting that “Re-considering the borders was settled in addition to forming an associative committee to follow up applying the items of the agreements.”
“The two sides did not any other issues such as the Iraqi debts,” he added, assuring that “The meeting agenda were already set.”
