Legal Expert: Any delay on tariff Act requires the enactment of a new law from the House

Baghdad (alakhbairih) …Legal expert revealed that Tariq war first of July next it will be the first day of implementation of the law on customs tariff, showing support for the law being will increase prices for foreign goods and goods imported into Iraq.

He said war in WordPress (News Agency news) Monday: Act No. 34 of the 2011 first amendment law of customs tariff law No. 22 for the year 2010 assuming extension delayed implementation of the law on 30/6/2012 and this means that on 1/7/2012 will be the first day of implementation of the law on customs tariff. Deputy Central Bank Governor Mohammad Saleh appearance

The Iraqi Central Bank, announced Sunday, rising foreign exchange reserves to $ 63 billion, saying it was the largest in the history of Iraq, said those reserves a few in a country still lacks economic diversification.

He said the Bank’s Deputy Governor Mohammad Saleh appearance in an interview for “alsumaria news”, that “the Iraqi Central Bank reserves of hard currency rose to 63 billion dollars after it was 60 billion dollars by the end of last year, indicating that 2011″ “this height will increase confidence in the local currency and increase stability”.
