He said that the Central Bank is not responsible for developing the work of banks, but banks must move to develop their work, pointing out that the work of the central mechanisms and controls work of banks.

The Central Bank decided to cover (32) Government and communal sink by applying electronic clearing within a project development banking, and electronic clearing system based on intelligent instruments allow subscriber to learn more from a bank account and also appears in the Central Bank, began in Iraq in November last year, which included six banks in implementing banking as electronic clearing system.
