Government reveal the reasons for the delay in the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network – The Iraqi government about the difficulty out of Iraq from Chapter VII as a result of the inability of Iraq to end my Archive and missing Kuwaiti.
The Legal Adviser to Prime Minister Maliki, Fadhil Mohammed Jawad’s said that “the archive file and the file of the missing Kuwaiti Kuwaitis main barriers to exit Iraq from Chapter VII.”

Iraq has since 1990 under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations imposed after the invasion of Kuwait in August of the same year.
This allows the item to use force against Iraq as a threat to international security, in addition to large amounts of frozen assets in the financial world banks to pay compensation to those affected by the invasion of Kuwait.
