He added: the State encourages the private sector and did not treat it seriously, preoccupied with political problems, leaving the underdeveloped sector increase day after day, without help them improve to keep pace with the movement of the world economy.
Referring to punitive: that the Federal Government should work to separate political relations on economic relations and opening up large areas of the private sector to work in the market, the need for private sector rehabilitation: materially and morally to support and strengthen the Iraqi economy.
