The deputy governor of Bank of the appearance of Mohammed Saleh told a news briefing that the central bank withdrew the coins from the market because they have not been popular among the citizens as well as being minted at a time when the Iraqi economy is suffering from runaway inflation and pumped to the public accounts is accurate at the time.
He added that the new currency will include metal coins of different denominations .
