Statistics show that small and medium-sized enterprises represent approximately (90%) Of the total companies in most of the world’s economies and contribute around (50%) Of the world’s GDP and provide (40-80%) Of total employment and potential role to play in development and contribute to reducing unemployment, so the interest in this type of project in some States arrived which limit the formation of ministries to support small and medium-sized enterprises, as in France and Malaysia for example
