Baghdad (News) … Confirmed Member of the Committee on oil and energy/Deputy/National Alliance, that Tehran Iraq deserves to OPEC manages (2013) because the second oil-exporting States and capable management.
She said Al-Saad (News Agency news) on Thursday that Iraq was one of the first founders of OPEC, but does not occupy any position in the Organization, no staff or even Iraqi service workers, saying: the General (2013) must have gone to Iraq to manage OPEC after Saudi Arabia.
She added: there are staff from all countries, but Iraq did not occupy any position within the Organization and the right to occupy the Presidency of the Organization must be the Secretary-General of the Organization of seven candidates for the Secretariat.
She explained: the OPEC strength of OPEC and Iraq’s second oil exporter and has experts and engineers highly experienced oil and giant oil companies are in licensing rounds which will increase oil production and increase annual exports
