MP Abdul Abbas Xiaa directed Parliament to amend and enact laws promote investment and provide appropriate working environment to activate the work and achievement.
said Xiaa that the current stage requires issuing new laws guaranteeing the rights of the investor and the project owner (the state) and provide a favorable environment for the implementation of specific projects within the time periods specified, pointing to the need for cooperation with the private sector in this area to find out when the most important determinants legal.
pointed out that most current laws related to economy socialist sector, especially as the Constitution guarantees the transition towards a market economy.
mention that most of the investment projects collide with obstacles Legal confuse stages of implementation or inhibit implementation of the project from the ground up.
