Arbil September 26 / September (Rn) – The Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, included five bills for a vote at its scheduled meeting tomorrow as well as the vote on the ninth member of the Independent High Commission for Elections.
According to a statement issued by the Information Service of the House of Representatives, briefed news agency Kurdistan (Rn), a copy of “agenda of the meeting (25) of the first legislative term of the year legislative third Iraqi Council of Representatives to be held on Thursday include the vote on the five bills,” noting that the meeting will also vote on the ninth member of the Independent High Commission for Elections. “
The statement pointed out that the meeting will “vote on the draft law of reconstruction of infrastructure and service sectors, as well as the inclusion of the vote on a proposed amnesty law submitted by the Legal Committee and the Commission on Human Rights.”
And announced the Presidency of the Council of Representatives on Tuesday to postpone the vote on the draft law reconstruction of infrastructure and service sectors and submitted by the committees of economy and investment, legal and financial services and reconstruction to Thursday’s meeting to mature law.
The statement added that “the meeting will also vote on the ninth member of the Independent High Commission for Elections, and the vote on the draft law on ratification of the TIR Convention of people and goods between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and Jordan.”
The statement concluded by saying that “the meeting will also vote on the draft law on ratification of the Arab Convention for the fight against organized crime across national borders, and vote on the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.”
The House of Representatives voted yesterday to quarantine and legal electronic signature and electronic transactions that ended the first and second readings of the five laws.
