Congratulated President Jalal Talabani in separate Brgitin Kurdistan leader Massoud Barzani, the President of the Movement for Change Nechirvan Mustafa.
A statement from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan said that “President Talabani wished in a telegram congratulating Barzani to be the occasion filled with happiness, peace and love for all parties and be appropriate to the success of attempts by all parties to resolve the problems of the country and to develop the foundations of democracy and freedom in Iraq and install strategic relations strong among all political forces.”
“As Talabani expressed his wishes in a telegram congratulating to Nechirvan Mustafa receive this occasion an atmosphere of calm and security and agree on common points and create harmony among the Kurdish political forces.
