And: “The bill redrawing the administrative boundaries of the provinces is an important step It is the duty of the political Blocs approval whether these Blocs want Iraq stability and growth under democratic right in a sovereign state, and have all the components of the Iraqi people’s role in building the state, and if they do not agree some blocs and political parties on the draft law submitted by Talabani, this may lead to allow God to deep differences between the two main Blocs in Iraq. “
