Biden confirms the commitment of the United States Strategic Framework Agreement signed with Iraq

Baghdad (news) .. joined by U.S. Vice President Biden to the meeting held by Deputy U.S. National Security Adviser Tony Blinken with Iraq’s national security adviser, Faleh al-Fayad.

A spokesman for the National Security Council Tommy Vietor said in a statement received Agency (news) copy of it: that Biden expressed his deep commitment of the United States and Permanent toward the United States partnership with Iraq under the Strategic Framework Agreement signed between them. A member of the Committee on Energy and Oil parliamentary Furat al-Shara “The oil and gas law will pass before the middle of this year.”

He Shara in a press statement that “the approval of the federal budget of the state during the next few undoubtedly will usher in approving important projects, including oil and gas law,” noting that “out of the crisis the federal budget and Ashkalyatea will establish out of the crisis of the oil and gas.” (more…)

Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Wednesday, and an agreement with Kuwait not to harm the interests of Iraq, and stressed that the threats militias to neighboring countries “have no place”, while expressed Kuwait agreed to do consult international on the establishment of ports Mubarak and FAO.

The MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Muhsin al-Sadoun declared postponement the vote on the federal budget for 2013.

He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the vote on the federal budget is not in the agenda for today’s session of parliament because of some amendments to some of its items.
