Cairo: Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Wednesday, the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on the sidelines of the conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation currently being held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, and they discussed about the outstanding issues between the two countries and ways to solve them.

The reporter said “obelisk” of Cairo, al-Maliki discussed with morning bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of developing and consolidating positions between the two countries in the fight against extremism in the Muslim world.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said his talks with the Kuwaiti side files concerned the outstanding issues between the two countries.

The channel quoted by the semi-official Iraqi al-Maliki said that “our discussions with the Kuwaiti side touched upon the issue of Iraqi Airways and navigation in the Khawr Abd Allah and the demarcation of the border between the two countries pillars.” (more…)

Baghdad (AIN) -The Iraqi Parliament will hold the regular session on next Thursday to read and vote on a number of law drafts.

A statement by the media office of the Permanent cited “The agenda of the session includes the vote on 2013 federal budget along with reading and voting on other law drafts.”
