Oil: the draft oil and gas law to merge the output of a uniform law

Oil and Energy Committee, Tuesday, about the possibility of merging drafts within the House as proposals for oil and gas law to draft one to take out a uniform law is apt to vote in Parliament.

MP Committee Member said Hasan gave in a press statement that “most of the points in the drafts of the political blocs agreed on controversial points do not exceed five points all in terms of contracting, production and financial amounts and purposes.” (more…)

Baghdad (news) .. the parliamentary Committee confirmed that the previous years which saw the recognition on the federal budget has been through the deals that resulted in passing key legislation at the expense of the approval to pass the budget, indicating that the current year budget is not clear which, if anything about what will be through pass important laws or not.

BAGHDAD – Babinaoz (Reuters) – announced three deputies from the Iraqi List, The formation of an independent bloc within the list due to the policy that led deviated from the national project, and while they decided to return to the meetings of the House, asserted that many Iraqi MPs will join the new bloc.

The MP said the Iraqi List, Abdel-Rahman Alloizi during a press conference held today, the parliament building and attended by “Alsumaria News”, “I am with Deputies Ahmed Jubouri, Juma Ibrahim Khader, we decided to form a bloc and patriots in the framework of the Iraqi List,” attributing the cause to the “policy of some leaders of the menu that veered from its decree and purpose of its noble and its line of the national. ” (more…)

THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE OVERSIGHT REFORM ACT OF 2011

Specifies Consequences for Countries that Fail to Eliminate Currency Misalignment and Provides Tools to Address Impact of Currency Misalignment of U.S. Industries

The Brown-Schumer-Graham-Snowe-Stabenow-Sessions-Casey-Burr Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Act of 2011 will reform and enhance oversight of currency exchange rates.

This strong, bipartisan bill combines the best elements of a Schumer-Graham bill that was passed by the Senate Finance Committee in 2007 and separate legislation introduced this year by Senators Brown and Snowe that passed the House of Representatives in 2010.

Student member of the Alliance Alcardsatne Mahmoud Othman said Wednesday the House of Representatives that the supervisory role on the work of independent bodies linked to the Council after the approval.

Osman said in a statement to the news agency public opinion (and babysit) today: “The House demands that the supervisory role on the work of independent bodies in the country in order to be organizing and coordinating the work to be some kind of direction and control in their work.” He pointed out that Almstlqh bodies left without control of any party does not touch the positive results of the work of these bodies as they can not perform its mission without the control and supervision. “
