the Kurdistan Alliance MP Mahmoud Othman said that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will discuss in his upcoming visit to Washington out of Iraq from Chapter VII and the issue of the American withdrawal from the country.

Sources close to the presidency that President Talabani is a plan on the “disputed areas” with the Kurdistan Regional Government.
Sources confirmed that the Kurdish Jalal Talabani formulate a proposal for those areas along the “border management” of the pre-1968, the year in which it took control of the dissolved Baath party to power in Iraq. The proposal includes a repeal of all “Saddam decrees” on the administrative boundaries of cities, villages and towns.
