Iraqi Oil Ministry Announces Conference: First Iraqi oil and gas next month in Basra

Close to Maliki criticizes political escalation on the Kuwaiti oil wells

Baghdad, July 3 (Rn) – Vice criticized for a coalition of state law, Sunday, and the escalation of political statements about the excesses of the neighboring countries, especially Kuwait’s oil wells with Iraq.

Salam al-Maliki told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the accusations by some Iraqi circles that there are abuses practiced by the participating States with Iraq’s oil wells to extract oil by drilling oblique manner that would strain ties between Iraq and these countries.”

He said al-Maliki said “between Iraq and Kuwait, a sea of ​​oil and the sea occupies large areas of the territory of Iraq and Kuwait, but these technical issues need a proper study and expertise,” noting that “all existing oil fields in Iraq or Kuwait, dig way vertical.”
