Baghdad (newsletter) … Real estate expert suggested Haider Al-shammari modify investment law promulgated in (2006) hindered the investment process in Iraq, through the difficulty of granting land to investors.
He said Al-shammari (News Agency news) on Saturday: that special legal regulations in investment issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the National Commission for backward and keep pace with investment global investment systems, in line with modern vision of the State that free market economies, leading to reluctance of many investors from entering Iraqi territory, making the investment process is weak in the country.
