Invited the delegation of media Kuwaiti includes cabinet ministers and deputies, Friday, to the need for Iraq’s accession to the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the activation of the Silk Road to serve the common interests and economic development in the region, while assured Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the importance of developing relations between Iraq and Kuwait in all fields, especially economic , renewed the invitation of Kuwaiti companies to invest in Iraq.

Received Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki in his official office this evening and Kuwaiti media delegation including several ministers and deputies Kuwaitis.

He welcomed members of the Kuwaiti delegation and wished them a pleasant stay in their second Iraq, and that the mutual visits contribute to the development of relations between the two neighboring countries, and expand the horizons of cooperation between the two brotherly peoples, particularly in the areas of media and cultural, scientific and Cbiabah and feminism. The world’s fastest-gaining currency has tripled in price again. Last week, SmartMoney reported that the Bitcoin had exploded from an exchange rate near zero to more than $10 in about a year, making it one of the top-returning assets of any kind. On Wednesday the currency topped $30.

If returns like those seem otherworldly, perhaps its because Bitcoin is a world unto itself. To recap, it’s is a purely online currency with no intrinsic value; its worth is based solely on the willingness of holders and merchants to accept it in trade. In that respect, it’s not so different from fiat currencies like the dollar or Euro, but whereas governments back such money, Bitcoins lack central control.

Currency Newshound Commentary: While this article has no direct bearing on the revaluation of the dinar I feel it is important for the reader to understand there is another organization that uses the initials “WTO” which can be confusing when scanning headlines.

Economic – Iraq won the position of Vice President of the World Tourism Organization, after being elected by its members.

The Director of Relations and Information Department at the Ministry of Tourism Abdul Talaqani that members of the World Organization elected Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Dr. Brigade Sumaisem vice president during their meeting in Berlin on the sidelines of participation conference tourism market and travel the world, noting that the election of Iraq came after he was elected Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board and deputy secretary-general of the Assembly of the Organization.
