BAGHDAD / NINA / Presidency of the republic announced the ratification of the Federal budget of the Republic of Iraq for 2013.
A statement by the Office of the Vice President of the Republic, Khodair al al-Khuzaie said that al-Khuzaie approved the federal budget for the Republic of Iraq for the year 2013, according to the powers granted to him under Article 75 / 2 of the Constitution.” (more…)

The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, Tuesday, announced the launch of federal budget funds directly after approval by the Presidency and the deployment of the budget law in the Official Gazette, stressing that there is a delay in many projects.
The ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi said in an interview for “Twilight News”, “The Ministry of Planning pending completion of the legal proceedings and budget of the approval of the presidency of the republic and published in the Official Gazette of the projects will be launched immediately after the completion of legal proceedings.” (more…)

Hours before the deadline to vote on the state budget for 2013 in the House of Representatives there are no definitive figures of what will be the budget, which is said to have the largest budget in the history of Iraq.

The MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Muhsin al-Sadoun declared postponement the vote on the federal budget for 2013.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the vote on the federal budget is not in the agenda for today’s session of parliament because of some amendments to some of its items.

Euphrates the House resumes its meetings Tuesday to continue discussing the federal budget for the fiscal year.
According to a parliamentary source told the News} {Euphrates, “The Council will continue discussing the budget, in addition to the second reading of the draft law to conclude treaties submitted by the Committee on Foreign Relations, which includes 34 articles.”
The House of Representatives lifted its meeting had been scheduled to take place on Monday of last week but was postponed to Tuesday because of a lack of quorum

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates raise its head to the House of Representatives on 14 this month due to lack of quorum
A source told the Council in the Euphrates {News} “The agenda for the meeting includes a vote today was to approve the appointment of members of the Federal Court discriminatory and discuss the draft law on the federal budget for the year 2012.”
The number of attendees, who scored in the record of attendance was 197 but the number of deputies present at the start of the meeting was 133, prompting deputies to adjourn the meeting.
